The crew at wicked wrenches went above and beyond the call of duty. I had a very strange mess happening with my lug nuts on my vehicle, where my tire had come off they didn’t hesitate. They got it straight to the call immediately not only where the price is affordable, but they were very flexible and appreciative for the business. It’s actually quite nice shop. Looks like they’ve got some really nice stuff going on there. I would recommend these people to anybody that needs Roadside Assistance as Rapid City doesn’t offer it quite often. There’s very few people that will run to your rescue, but I highly recommend this company. We are stranded in Rapid City with issues with our truck. Spoke with Chris (super nice guy) and ge said he could get us in today. We paid the towing fee and hubs spoke with Betty later and she said no, they'd fit us in in 2 days. She said she'd figure something out. I went in and this woman was straight up rude. I asked for info on my truck and she said she already spoke to my husband. I asked when the truck was going to get looked at. She said tomorrow. One word answers with very rude "stare downs". Pass. I asked for my keys and had to pay for another tow to get it into a different shop. Wasted a full day dealing with this.

This is the only business within Rapid City, Spearfish and Sturgis that is willing to work on a Motorhome underneath the chassis. We were in an emergency situation that required work to our suspension, as we are traveling across the country from California to Tennessee. The owners, Betty and Nicholas were beyond accommodating. They stopped what they were doing to address our needs. They offered food and beverages while we waited. They walked us around their business and treated us like family. God only knows they have wonderful hearts and are willing to serve. After taking away from most of their afternoon, and after discovering there was nothing majorly wrong with our suspension, they were willing to diagnose our RV for free.
