If you’re looking for an agency that you can talk to when you need to talk to them this is not it anymore . This was an amazing agent at one time. They have since hired an answering service between you and the agent. I really don’t see how that makes anything any easier except frustrating your customer that’s trying to call you. Now you have to talk to someone and then sit back and wait for the call when it’s convenient for them. That a sign of complacency. They are now too comfortable with where they are with their business. I tend to call when I have time to call and when I get a call back, that’s not always the time that I have to talk to someone about my issue. Let’s call when it’s convenient for me not the customer! Not a personal customer, but did conduct business professionally with regards to work. Julie is phenomenal and stepped up to the plate to help out a mutual client to ensure the client would be able to close on her new home purchase on time.
