Wii Auto Repair

I walked into Wii Auto Repair and Service shop with no expectations and left very impressed. The shop was clean and welcoming. Nelson from the service department took excellent care of me. They were running a great special, and I purchased brand-new tires at an excellent price. The mechanic and service team did a thorough job with my wheel alignment and tire installation. Nelson kept me informed throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure the work was done right. Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. The waiting area was cozy and comfortable, even with my great-granddaughter there. Great service, skilled mechanics, and fair pricing. I highly recommend Wii Auto Repair.

Zero stars if I could. Over an Hour and a half for an oil change and they were not even busy. Told me it would take an hour. Will never come back. Slower than a snail for simple services. And if you have a big truck they don't even have a lift for it to tend to other services that require raising the vehicle.

It amazes me that you can call a company after them posting their number actually two different numbers on their website or their ad that they’re promoting tires and you call one number. You have to say your name and what you’re calling for. Nobody picks up. I’ve been calling since Thursday of last week. I called Thursday. I called Friday. I called this morning, which is Monday still no one‘s picked up the phone and then you go online you find another number. You try reaching them through the other number they have listed and also the same routine. Nobody picks up. I’m over here trying to do business and you can’t even pick up the phone and you have two different phone numbers with your company listed. That’s horrible communication skills right there.

If i could leave 0 stars i would because NELSON is so rude and looks miserable to be there. DO NOT COME HERE if you schedule an alignment thru Groupon. I did that 2x and both times they said there was an issue aligning my cars. The first time time they told me they couldn’t remove a tie rod so they couldn’t get the alignment done 100% after i had just replaced my front struts and removed the tie rod days prior so i’m not sure how they can’t get it off with all their tools they have available and all i had was an impact, ALSO they couldn’t provide the printout of the alignment specs so i can see how much it was off and they said they “don’t do that”which is a huge No No. The second time around Nelson said “We can’t align unless you get new tires but good news we are running a special on tir

Worst service ever where just guessing on what was wrong with my car my car was not over heating or liking took it for one thing and they end up braking my radiator dirent fix it they said they would return my car that same day took them over a week they found something wrong every day it was there and did fix sh... and had to pay for them to give me my car back I drove my car there and had to take it on a tow truck WORSE SERVICE
