If I could rate my experience a 0 I so would. I was charged extra for coverage when coverage was never discussed. I tried to get a hold of the area manager multiple times he is extremely rude and unprofessional! I still have not received a call back, which I was supposed to and it’s been weeks.
He has a great customer service, they work with me on my payments. And the car is reliable and reasonable !!!! Thanks
