Usually my car is clean but this time there is still obvious dirt on both sides.. appears that the mechanism did not touch the vehicle properly

Paid for a $20 "Managers Special". The high pressure wash did not work at all, the spot free rinse was malfunctioning, and the soft cloth dryer also did not work. Basically I got a $10 wash for $20. This is not the first time. I guess it's my fault for continuing to use this car wash. It works properly 50% of the time. Unacceptable. Vehicle came out with a lot of soap still on the body.

We went this car wash just now. We did automatic one after it finished the service where you go forward to dry your car. We got stuck it and had to back out. It wouldn’t let us go forward or tells us to even though it was ready for us to go…

Went yesterday (7/23) for car wash & vacuum. Halfway through the wash tunnel, it quit working. Young boy tells me hydraulics are broken. Tells me to drive straight out...mind you, car is COVERED with soap. He says to drive around and he'll spray it off. Hose doesn't begin to get the streaky mess off the car and windows. I ask if vacuums are still working. He says Yes. Let me say..NO. Half of them are roped off and the half that are "in use", only half of them actually work. No offer to reimburse me. The place is going downhill rapidly and it used to be really good.

My husband just took my car through this car wash after spending $20.00 the car has soap all over it and it’s still filthy. Only half of the car wash is working. My car looks awful!!!!! No one could give us a manager to talk with and acted like they had no idea what a manager is!! This is ridiculous and a rip off!! Do not waste your money!!! They did not take the brush to it like normal, just standing around pushing buttons that don’t work!! I will not go back and I have spent a lot of money here!! Last time!!!
