I took my car to Wilhem’s Automotive today for the first time because I was very unhappy with the service from my previous repair facility. They were professional and walked me through other issues that needed to be addressed soon after my oil change and tire rotation. My car has a lot of miles on it and their honesty and how they explained things to me were exceptional. I highly recommend them!

We went in for an oil change and they served us very well! My wife accidentally dropped her car off at Wilhelm’s instead of the shop I had scheduled for her…ugh! Wilhelm’s service guy was more than accommodating by accepting the coupon of the competitor and had no issue or argument in return…old school customer service! We will return.

Nothing but professionalism from the whole crew, especially Mike. Got my truck wheel alignment done and the whole process was smooth. They could have easily sent me on my way early, but they made minor adjustments until it was perfect and up to their standards.

Love this shop! Tony and John always accommodates when my Honda Civic 2012 needs an oil change or tire rotation. Their service is great and I highly recommend!

I went in for an oil change and since my car is older I asked for it to be greased. After everything was done and checked he explained the problems they found which I did appreciate. One problem I asked about could not be fixed because of going off and on and that day it was off. He did explain what probably was the cause but was not able to get a code to tell them which one was causing the problem. I was pleased with the service and explanations of the problems I have.
