What a nightmare to deal with. First of all the valve body needed to be replaced after owning my vehicle for 3 months. Hadn’t even put enough miles on for an oil change. Paid $400 to get it towed to Wilhelm’s and then I’m told it is $600 repair for a shifting collar. Fast forward 3 weeks and I’m told that isn’t what is wrong (mind you they charge $100 just to diagnose the problem!). I find out a few days later it’s the valve body that needs to be replaced. A $2500 service between parts and labor. At this point I’ve been without a reliable vehicle for a month as a single mom to a 5 month old baby. I bought a truck a couple days prior, and last night my brother in law noticed that I was leaving alot of antifreeze on the driveway. I called down to Wilhelms and Tom answered. He told me to get it in right away in the morning. I did that. It had a bad hose connection, and they have a new hose, but no time to put it on until Monday. So I'm just going the cold weekend and Monday it will get fixed.

I bought firm Austin Lindberg out of Jamestown, my service and delivery was excellent. During negotiation he was very direct but polite. The deal happen extremely fast which told me I was the main priority during the conversion and closing. I will buy again from him!

GREAT EXPERINCE - 100% Would recommend going through Brett! We just got a 2021 Chevy Traverse from Wilhelm Chevrolet GMC and I was nervous because I haven't ever gotten a newer vehicle before, and have never gone through a dealership. We ended up taking home our family car that same day!
