Call another garage! We were trying to be patient and understanding because the mechanic, Austin, no longer works there. Our truck that we had dropped off on October 17th for an October 21st appointment, was not done until November 21st. They had our truck for 5 weeks!!! We still have to find another mechanic to finish the work and inspect our truck. We found out our vehicle was being used for personal use, smoked in, gas tank completely empty (had 3/4 of a tank when dropped off), sunglasses, driving glasses, and car charger stolen. The cover of our truck was removed and they were using the bed to haul, a motor bike, pipes, tow chain, and a muffler. This is just what we saw personally. We don't know the full extent of what had been done to our truck but we know that we will not be going

Mikey & Kevin did a fabulous job on my Pontiac G8. Gave it to them with dead inspection, check engine light on for position sensors knowing full well it needed a timing chain & sensors. Turned out to be far more work than even I thought thru my research bur these guys knocked it out of the park getting the car back legit. I've known these brothers for years and they're great guys!! I highly recommend ya give them your business and support local!! Thanks again Guys!!

Honest about what work needs done. Quality work that gets done in a very timely manor and the guys at the shop are all great guys to be around they will laugh and joke around with you when you are there. They saved the parts that needed replaced to show me the old ones and they went into small detail about the work when I asked. Highly recommend

*EDIT 1/18/2022* Jim and Sam have since sold Harpen Services to Wilhelm Services, and I am just as impressed. I needed a tire replaced, and Mike was so great in offering me options and quick, cost efficient service. Thanks, Mike! This location is still my go-to, and the rest of my previous review still applies to WS! From general maintenance and inspections to specific repairs, Jim and Sam never, ever disappoint. They've worked on all of my (AND my family's!) vehicles over the last 10 years or more, and are always great. I hate when people say things like, "can't ever trust a mechanic!"...because I've always trusted these guys. Harpen will never "steer" you wrong! ;)

Mike does amazing work! He's polite and friendly. I miss Kristin being secretary. The new lady is rude and doesn't seem to have the schedule together or organized. The shop and work are great tho!
