Wilks Tire & Battery Service

I'll start by saying, This shop must not be needing work like many other shops are right now. I replaced the entire front end on my vehicle, and went to Wilks for a front end alignment and tire rotation. I mentioned the parts that I replaced and asked them to look it over and tighten anything during the process. Three hours later, I get a call saying that they could not perform the alignment due to "loose bolts" but expected me to pay for a tire rotation, and I did pay, before my alignment was completed? If you are looking for quality work and great customer service, take your business to Pro-Align in Decatur, where they gladly performed my alignment and checked over everything and notified me of any issues they found.

Tried to sale me services I did not need over $300 when to a different Goodyear store OK tires very nice cost $30 pays to get a second opinion … complete lie , no nail refused to rotate tires said tire needed to be replaced because it was out of line.. good try to cover up your crooked business… grade you a F , don’t lie ..

Made an appointment and got right in on time. Great customer service. The counterman was very friendly.

Been there several times. Never had any problems. They always took care of me and stepped up and resolved any problems I had with my auto and any foreseen potential issues

I had ordered new tires for travel trailer, because of size 36’ they advised it would be best if 8 could bring just tires and wheels in for swap. My jack busted and I did not get there until a few minutes before closing. They still had two others ahead of me, after explanation of situation with travel trailer on jack stands the manager stayed over about 1.5 hours after closing to get me installed. Had a family from Washington state come in while he was installing mine and he helped them also. Just don’t find many folks that will go the extra mile these days. I appreciate it and hope the owners also reward you for going the extra mile.
