Willard Auto Repair & Radiator

I was recommended Willard Auto Repair as they were seen as reliable. I took my car in for a replacement of an electric water pump and requested a quote to see how much they would fix it for. I called them on Thursday (02/12) for a quote and an oil change and was told by Jonathan that it would be best to drop it off the next day so they can diagnose it. The next day (02/13), I drop off my car. I don't hear anything back for several days. I call again the next week on Tuesday (02/17) to see what the status was for my car. Another person answers the phone and lets me know that he'll let Jonathan know to give me a status and for me to wait around 2 hours for a callback. I don't receive a callback the entire day. The crew replaced our 2001 Honda window regulator/motor after correct diagnosis of the problem. Done correctly, on time, reasonable price, friendly. A two bay shop, one w full lift, took CC wo problem, professional computerized invoice, even returned the used/broken part. Parking is a challenge but they handled all that, also. It’s a greasy, busy auto shop wo amenities just honest friendly mechanics sluggin it out day after day. Worked for us!!

They do excellent repair and quick. They replaced my breaks and rotors, feels like a new car. Very happy.
