On January 2nd I had a flat tire that I assumed needed a real plug. After using some fix a flat to temporarily inflate the tire I chose Willard’s for the repair because of positive reviews on Yelp. I got there at noon as staff were taking lunch. They said they’d look at it after lunch. They did just that, getting back to me around 2pm letting me know that they could not find any evidence of a puncture… no nail, screw, etc and after soaking in soapy water they couldn’t see anything wrong with the tire or its seal to the rim. When I picked up the vehicle they did not charge me. I told them that they spent time and effort looking at my tire so I owe them something. They politely refused. New to the area, and so thankful to have come across Willards Auto! We will be returning for any future work, needed on our vehicles. They were honest with what needed to be done, prices were more then reasonable and with an appointment they finished the job in less then a day! 5 Stars!

So being a Yankee from NY and moving to the Massachusetts area a few years ago, naturally owning a 2007 vehicle I need a mechanic and someone I could trust. If I could give Nick and the guys at Willards 10 stars I would!! I’ve brought my truck to the guys to work on several times and EVERY SINGLE TIME they are honest and tell me exactly what they think should be done BEFORE they do the work. I can’t recommend Willards enough to ANYBODY that’s in need of a shop that’s trustworthy and reliable!!! They’re simply the BEST and I’m very thankful for all the work they’ve done for me and my “shitbox”!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve come here on several occasions and never had a bad experience. One of the biggest reasons I get my car serviced here is because one, their prices are on par with other shops that I have been to, but two, I’ve never felt like this is a predatory shop trying to squeeze money out of you for things you did not come in for. This is an honest business who is just trying to take of their customers. I highly recommend Willard’s!

I had taken my vehicle to the dealership for a recall and after also inspecting my vehicle they told me I needed nearly $3,000 of repairs. After leaving I immediately called Nick at Willard’s and he told me to bring it in and he looked over my vehicle and went down the list of potential repairs the dealership recommended and told me what needed to be done now and what could wait. I had the work that was necessary done at Willard’s and would never take it anywhere else. I can’t thank Nick and his repair service enough. Honesty is hard to find in the auto repair business these days and I’m happy to have such a great guy and business to bring my vehicle to.
