My car had damage and ended up needing a new engine which isn’t worth it for the car’s worth. They were very helpful and efficient, initially, in assessing the damage. I decided to scrap it and they gave me an amount they’d pay to scrap it. We had put brand new tires on it recently though and the wheels were in excellent condition. I asked if I could take all four wheel and the spare and if that would affect the scrap price. They said no problem we’ll take the wheels off for you and it does not affect the scrap price. Well when we showed up with the title they did not have the wheels ready for us as they said they would. A little annoying but whatever. amazing place! have gotten my alternator switched, water pump replaced, and they fixed my car when my lights came on! the entire staff has been so kind and helpful in leading me to figure out what was going on with my car!!

My diy brake fluid flush left me with air in the brake system (I suck). Took the car to willettes and they bled the system for me, the brakes and pedal feel are better than they ever were now. Also their labor costs were very reasonable.

Took my car there because it was starting to run hot at idle. They were pretty busy, but pulled it in anyway to look at it. Come back to let me know it just needed a gallon of coolant and to keep an eye on it in the future. Said there wouldn't be a charge. I couldn't believe it. So kind, so different from the dealership. Thank you guys so much. Will definitely be back and recommend to others!
