I recently visited Williams Automotive in Dunn, NC, for tire installation and balancing on two separate vehicles, both on short notice. The staff was professional, prompt, and courteous throughout the entire process. The shop itself was exceptionally clean and inviting, which immediately gave me confidence in the level of care they put into their work. During my visit, I was given a brief tour of the facility and was genuinely impressed by the variety of vehicles being serviced—everything from classic cars from the 1940s to modern late-model vehicles. I observed several LS engine swaps in progress, along with engine overhauls, brake work, and general maintenance. Replaced the engine on my manual 2002 ford explorer and the car is now immaculate! Immediately drove it to South Carolina and back with absolutely no problems, will highly recommend these guys for any major or even minor repairs to any vehicle,

It’s been a long time since I’ve met a young mechanic and staff that I felt like I could trust. They were accommodating, patient and respectful while I asked many questions about the steps being taken on my truck. Their desire to thoroughly communicate with me was a pleasant surprise also. Brandon and his crew revived our vacation journey to Myrtle Beach. Pulled off exit on 95 and we found this garage within 1000 ft of exit. Garage is in process of moving a mile down street 8/2024. Had a transmission cooler hose burst and was leaking fluid. He said no problem and fixed issue within an hour. Thank you boys! Appreciate you!
