Williams Automotive

I had a tire go completely flat on me while visiting Reel Foot. I was able to limp my car to Williams Automotive. Travis was wonderful. He walked me through all the options, made sure the tire was replaced, and that my family was safe.

Williams Automotive is top notch, honest, and fair. Their customers service is amazing and you can tell they value their customers. That is very refreshing because not every place is like that.Williams Automotive is a one of kind shop and Tiptonville is so lucky to have them. We will continue to use them and tell everyone else to go there as well.

So to tell someone they will fix a vehicle then turn around and not fix it because of rust on vehicle then have the keys but turn around and get spare key out of truck and not hand over original key is kinda sketchy if you ask me. Makes a person wonder if they went through vehicle before it was picked up shortly after being dropped off? How and why would they need spare key? And very unprofessional to call person stupid when they went and picked up key they kept. Shady people working there apparently

I dropped my truck off for brake work and then they looked at the brakes and basically said they need worked on we won’t do it and had me pick it up. They’re just lazy people we said we would pay for additional parts and labor whatever and they just wouldn’t touch it

Williams Automotive figured out the issue on my truck when 2 other shops couldn’t I will definitely recommend Williams automotive if you want your vehicle repaired right and have the best service this is the shop to go to!!!
