Recently, we discovered a mechanical issue with the air suspension. Since I had driven the truck for months and bought it "As-Is," most dealerships would have told me I was on my own. ​This is where Williams Chevrolet showed their true character... ​I went to Paul (General Manager) in the Chevy building, and instead of quoting me a bill, he gave me a choice: He offered to fix the truck at no cost to me, OR help me transition into a different vehic

I’m so thankful we decided on this lot. Young Will was an amazing salesman… in a way I hesitate to use the word salesman. I have a bit of trauma from my last car shopping experience and they did a phenomenal job not pressuring, making us feel welcome and at home. It was beyond anything I expected from a car lot. Everyone was so kind and patient with explaining things to me. My car is so much better than I thought I’d be able to afford. Just everything worked out amazing thanks to them! Shout out to Will Castle, Bobby Nix, and Joe Czapek for going above and beyond for this nervous nelly!

I have really bad credit and was going through a really rough time with custody battle and going through divorce. Luis and Casey Scott and team tried and succeeded for 3 months to get myself and 2 kids in a nice affordable vehicle. They did it and I am so happy 😁 I highly recommend talking to them 😊

We recently purchased a Chevy Traverse with Adam Wolpa. He was great to work with through the entire process. Super respectful, easygoing, and actually listened to what we were looking for. He made the whole process smooth and never made us feel pressured. The vehicle threw a check engine light before purchase that they weren't aware of, so they inspected the issue and fixed it for us free of charge! Even after we bought the car, Adam stayed in touch for weeks, helping out with any info we needed. You can tell he actually cares about his customers. Definitely recommend working with him.

Hands down the best experience we've ever had at a dealership. I'm so lucky to know sales personnel on a personal level and to be able to do business with him, I have to say very impressive. We were interrupted numerous times by another, elderly customer and the patience, kindness, helpfulness and professionalism Aaron showed still keeping on top of being the same to us was impressive. I nor the person that was with me have ever had such a great experience. Aaron knew what we were looking for and he got me into a great car for an amazing price. After our experience with Aaron and the dealership we told the family and I believe we found a new place to shop for our vehicles. Everything went smoothly and it didn't take all day. Just wanted to especially thank Aaron for everything!!
