Williams Fast Lube

Though the service at the oil component was courteous and efficient, the included Car Wash resulted in damage to my vehicle as well as physically and verbally abusive treatment from the staff at the Corner Car Wash. I am yet to be contacted by management after the destruction to my vehicle. I believe Williams will be able to make this better but as of yet nothing. Note: I have had contact with customer service at Williams and they have gone completely out of their way to acknowledge my issue. They have taken many steps to repair the damage and I’m beyond satisfied. My vehicle is scheduled to be repaired tomorrow. Thank you!!

I've been getting my oil changed here for almost 10 years and I am always so impressed. Great customer service every time. I feel like I can trust them to let me know if anything doesn't look right. As a woman I often find myself being mansplained simple car functions and I've never felt that way at this shop. 12 out of 10!

First time using quick lube @ Williams. We were in & out in less than 10 minutes....Any one in a hurry & don't have alot of time to spare, this is the place to go....Great service, friendly associates....& a card to get a free car wash, however weather was too nasty to use & I was running short on time, so I'll be back to use my card no expiration on it, can use anytime your in the area...Thanks again Williams Chevy....

Service was fast, but for a fleet vehicle they really didnt check fluids, filters or air pressures and refused to put new wipers on claiming that our lease company would have to approve replacement. Our lease plan through wheels has a set maintenance plan with things that need done at mileage intervals. $94 was pretty steep for a drain, fill and go!

I think they did a very good job. One technician tried to upcharge me and the information he told me was very good. The only thing I wish they would offer is vacuuming.
