Williams Honda

This was our fourth car purchase from Williams Honda, and once again it was a great experience. We actually don't live in Traverse City but the drive was totally worth it because the price was very good compared to similar cars we saw at our local dealers. We worked with Aiden again, this is the second car we've bought from him and he is the best. He's super friendly and professional but the main thing is there's absolutely no pressure with him. He got the paperwork done fast and efficient so we were even able to drive back home (It was a 3 hours drive!) to get our kid to swimming class! He was also awesome with our kid, really patient and playful which made the whole process so much easier for us. Overall, another smooth and positive experience. Christmas Eve 2025 and had a malfunction that the honda dealership was happy to help double diagnostic check. Thankfully, it was an easy fix. In and out under an hour and $176 peace of mind check. They also let my ESA dog Dasha rest easy and I was able to Finish my vanilla custard French toast.

I highly recommend. The pricing was very fair and honestly one of the best deals I found around. Communication was clear and consistent from start to finish, and the turnaround time was impressively fast. The service manager and parts manager were friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated the honesty and professionalism. I would definitely come back again because they have a solid trustworthy team!! 😊
