We found the Williams Kia team to be knowledgeable, patient, supportive and caring. Especially Lisa Feaster. Their whole team came to know us and our needs, and put together a deal that just made sense for us.

My wife and I were looking at leasing a Kia. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Any questions were answered thoroughly. Our sales rep Nate Richmond was great, we took up his entire afternoon and he didn’t seem bothered. We leased a 25 Seltos Ex are confident we’ll be happy with it. I would definitely consider Williams for any future vehicle needs.

Amazing place to get a vehicle. Nate was amazing answered the questions we asked with no hesitation and same when we asked if we could test drive the car before making our decision. A wonderful experience from the start!! Highly recommend this dealership for your next purchase! Went looking for a 2025 KIA Sportage not only did the sales department with Ethan Hunt exceed expectations he was an absolute delight to work with in regards to making a perfect fit to my preferences!!!! The finance department was amazing with there as well Nathan was very kind and a pleasure to work with the process was quick and a breeze! Great experience !!

I can only recommend based off my first visit, but Williams definitely exceeded my expectations. I had a warning light I needed looked at, and when I showed up the nice Service Advisor Mike looked up if my car had any recalls (which it had a couple show up) they then started work right away. The shuttle service they offered worked great so I could go back to my family while they got the service work done. They did have to order an item for my light issue and said they would contact me when it came in. They handed me my paperwork in which was all covered by Kia and was no charge. And I was on my way. I will definitely go to Williams in the future for any warranty work on my Kia Forte. Thanks for the friendly faces and service!
