Willie's Tire Shop

Always a pleasure doing business here. I came rolling in about 15 minutes before closing time, freezing temps, and half a foot of snow on the ground, I had one full size tire that needed replaced so my spare was already on the car. It was flat also. I pulled into Willie's and Willie and Chris were on it. They had my spare off, checked, and plugged along with the full size tire changed and put on the car all before time to close. Had me in, out, and back on the road in no time despite the freezing temperatures. Thanks again guys. I appreciate you.

I've had mixed experiences with Willies. My last experience (about 2 years ago) was NOT favorable. I always have my tires delivered to my home & I take them down to get installed. The guy installing them did not pay attention that they were directional and mounted them backwards. I mentioned it to the lady that was directing customers and she put me back to the end of the waiting list. I was SOOOOOO PISSED I couldn't see straight. I don't think Willie was there at the time because I would have talked to him. The lady has a nasty attitude and is not beneficial to his business. I had no choice but to wait so that I could get them corrected. I have not been back since.

They are good when they've good, like most places. Pretty good on prices, but service can be like the weather, unpredictable. Good one moment and not so the next. And it's not the workers, it's the old lady behind the counter that all the money goes through. Got there at 5:02 on Sat, she comes storming out like some pissed in her coffee or cheerios or bourbon, "We're done for the day." No rhyme or reason. 2 other cars in bays. It really could have been a little thing, she didn't ask, didn't care. What's the point of having hours posted if you close up shop whenever?
