Outstanding service! Came in with burned out brake taillight, they had it, NAPA guy came right out where we were parked and replaced it right there! And that light cover was not easy to remove, but he knew right how to do it. THAT'S the service and kindness customers remember! We highly recommend this wonderful NAPA store in Plains, Texas!

They really saved my bacon when I had a double blowout and they came and changed both tires on my RV from a gas station parking lot.

We happen to come across this place when my battery started to just die on me. We had no idea but we had pulled up when they were closing! But all three guys there just jumped right ahead and asked if we needed anything. We told them the problem and they started trying to figure it out right away. They even helped us switch out our battery even though they were already closed. Everyone that we met today was super kind and if we’re ever in the area again we will definitely be back if we need anything!

I was on a road trip and had car trouble right outside of Plains. The staff was able to help me diagnose my car’s codes and went above and beyond when we weren’t able to get me back on the road. They showed genuine concern which really meant a lot. Will definitely visit here again if I have car trouble in the future!
