I worked directly with Tony and Robin. Both were extremely professional, very helpful and personable, and very intuitive about their professionalism and helping myself and my family as a customer. Not only that, but they were extremely fast, efficient, and skilled at figuring out the details to make our deal come to full completion. Have to retract a bit of my original comment. Approximately 1 month after purchasing my used Mercedes from Willis I have encountered the following major problems: Entire Tachometer/Speedometer display is non-functional. Hyper aggressive gear shifting and acceleration. And, the wiper blades are already deteriorating. AND, they refused to provide the vehicle floor mats that came with the vehicle. The service was great and relatively hassle free. The advisor was very polite and professional. I was very pleased with the experience. The only reason for the four stars instead of five is following. Your email requesting me to rate my experience asked me to rate my experience for my Subaru XT6. My car is actually Cadillac XT6. I would think a Cadillac dealership would know the difference. I certainly hope I received service for Cadillac and not a Subaru. When checking my car in I presented a coupon that was not applied to my invoice. I had to remind the advisor of the coupon which then had to be reimbursed to my card. I realized these are minor details but certainly enough to warrant deducting 1 star. Other than that it was a pleasant experience that would have rated 5 stars.

Bought a 2022 Cadillac Escalade from Willis Auto and I am greatly satisfied! My salesman, Jordan Lawson was excellent! I traveled from Illinois to purchase the vehicle. He had the paperwork and the vehicle ready for me upon my arrival. I was in and out in less than two hours! Should I decide to purchase another vehicle, I will definitely put Jordan Lawson and Willis Automotive at the top of my list!

We had a great experience from the minute we were greeted by our salesman to signing the paperwork at the end of the visit for our pre-owned vehicle. Nicholas Sanders was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable and didn't once pressure us for a sale. The rest of the team was also helpful.
