Kaylee lamb is great at her job! She kept me updated about everything going on with my car. She was absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend getting your auto repairs done here!

Terrible communication. Did not complete all repairs of damages (luckily incomplete repair was cosmetic so won’t be taking it back to them). Car was not done when estimated. Did not keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. Let me pick up my vehicle without warning me of possible problems with tires being significantly different treads after they replaced one of the four on an AWD vehicle. Will not recommend

This was my first time working with Willis Collision and it exceeded my expectations. The customer service was incredible and they responded quickly to my questions. I would definitely work with them again, but hopefully that won’t be necessary. 😆

Brett Spaur at Willis collision was the absolute best to work with. He made sure that my Lexus was fixed correctly.

Closed on a Saturday the Service Manager still helped me with an insurance claim. He took care of everything all while his lunch went cold helping me. He contacted my insurance agent, they kept me post through out the process via text. The work was fantastic perfect paint job. Then to top it all off they washed my vehicle inside and out.
