They have always made us feel like valued customers even though this is the first vehicle we’ve purchased from them. It won’t be the last!

Great experience as usual. Greeters are exceptionally nice and helpful. Explain the loaner to you and make sure you know what you need to operate it safely. Nancy kept me posted and she told me things that would be needing attention with my Lexus in the near future. Willis Lexus knows how to do customer service the best experience I've ever had buying/owning a vehicle. I have owned 4 new vehicles and paid for them and had terrible customer service. My wife and I bought a used 2019 Lincoln nautilus in September 2024. When we purchased our vehicle, it only had 44k miles on it, and had a clean title. However when we were on our way back from a short 3 hour road trip, the cars engine started malfunctioning, the engine temp spiked, and after letting it cool off I popped the coolant reservoir lid which was completely empty. Long story short, we had to have our vehicle towed back to a ford dealer in northwest Iowa. They identified the issue to be a blown head gasket and that coolant leaked into our engines cylinders, and therefore we’d need a re-manafactured engine installed. This cost us $12,000. We purchased our first Lexus from Willis Lexus two weeks ago and could not be more satisfied with the treatment we received from the Willis team. We had to wait 7 months for our car to come in but Stephen Groenenboom worked with us the entire time. We changed our selection of trim options and color several times but he was always accommodating. When the vehicle arrived we were welcomed by everyone and taken through the purchase process without any glitches. Our Technical Specialist Tanner, did a great job training us and helping get the car setup to our specific settings. After a week we had the acrylic exterior and interior treatment applied.
