I can’t say enough nice things about Nancy Thompson!! Talk about above and beyond… Nancy was an absolute saint when we were at our wits end. My dad had his car in storage for over a year and the battery was dead. We had a tow truck company come to try to start the car and or haul the car to Willis. Turns out Nancy knew more than the tow truck company! And she was willing to drive to the storage unit to help us out after her work day! Who does that?! Nancy! Willis has an asset in Nancy. Thank you so much!

Do NOT buy a car from Willis if you are from Missouri. They insisted on doing the title work themselves. It's been a month and I have a car that I am paying payments and full coverage insurance on, THAT I CAN'T DRIVE! I can't even get a temp tag in Missouri without the title. If I had the title I could have licensed it the day after I bought it. BUYER BEWARE!
