Willow Grove of Sherwood

My mom is currently a resident. Christine is wonderful to work with. Any issues and she is right on it. The aides are fantastic. So caring. Moms only complaint is the food.

Willow Grove is a great place for my elderly mother. She loves it! It’s clean. The staff does their job. And I have peace knowing mom is taken care of. If you’re looking for a great place for mom, consider Willow Grove.

We are so glad to have found Willow Grove. It's been a great place for both of our parents. Mom moved first and then Dad joined her a few months later. It feels like home and family. Everyone, from the Directors, the nursing staff and caregivers, maintenance and dining hall staff -- they make us all feel welcome. We are confident this is the best place for them to be.

I only have great things to say about Willow Grove. From the time they met my Mom, it was very clear that they truly cared about her. The people that work there and work with her are very kind, helpful, patient and respectful. They go put of their way to help and are always so kind and professional. They provide very helpful services in addition to the great care they provide. They are easy to reach and communicate very well regarding any needs or concerns. They do a great job trying to make this like home for their residents. They have beautiful living areas for visiting, provide activities, opportunities to socialize and the meals are very good and served like being in a nice restaurant. When my mother lived there, she was treated with dignity and respect by most of the people who worked there. Benna Underwood was especially loving and caring of not only my mother, but also of the rest of the residents whenever she came in contact with them. She also treated my brother, sister, and I with respect in regards to my mother's care.
