Willow Pass Healthcare Center

My mom recently had a Knee replacement/ Femur fracture surgery and was sent to this facility for her rehab. This place was absolutely amazing with great staff who helped her get back on her feet moving around in NO TIME and treated her with so much compassion and comfort during her stay while she was healing. Thanks again for taking care of my mom Team Willow Pass!! Highly reccomend 10/10

After my mom’s knee replacement surgery, she unfortunately fell in the hospital and was unable to walk. We had no choice but to place her in a rehab facility, and choosing this one was the best decision we could have made. Every single staff member has been kind, patient, caring, and truly dedicated. They work incredibly hard and always treat my mom with dignity and respect. The level of care has been outstanding. The physical therapy team is amazing—very professional, encouraging, and attentive. Thanks to them, my mom has made great progress in her recovery. The staff also does an excellent job with daily care: helping with showers, keeping the bed clean, and changing gowns frequently, making sure patients are always comfortable. I came here with a broken ankle after 36 hours in the ER. I was traumatized, terrified, and in much pain. The staff here got me calmed down. They were patient and caring. The remainder of the stay here was as good. The staff are great, they know their profession and care for the patients. It was not just me but I watched the nurses, CNAs, and therapists all care for the patients and address each patients needs. If I am ever in need of a care facility again, this is the one I’ll choose.

I was here for short term and long term patient. I got discharge from the facility. The facility extremely well-managed, prioritizing both cleanliness and comfort all the time. Staff members are professional, attentive and willing to exceed expectations to assist patients. I was happy with all care.
