WillowCreek Car Wash

Went through the automatic touch free wash, as I have a large truck and the clearance was highest on that automatic. While in the parking lot I measured the highest point on my truck - 7’4”. The clearance on the wash says 7’8”. When the bar turned around at the back of the truck I heard it contact my bed cap - so definitely not as much clearance as advertised… Truck wasn’t very dirty to begin with, a little mud spatter from driving in a construction zone or something, and some dirty rain spots from recent storms. The most basic wash is $10 which didn’t include drying - unbelievable. My truck looked just as bad as when I went in. It either didn’t get “spot free” rinse water, or worse, it literally just didn’t clean the truck. Either way, I’ll find a different place to wash from now on. I

Beware, very expensive self wash. A quarter will will get you 15 seconds (and it takes about 12 seconds to switch between cycles) . If you don't want to take out a bank loan to wash your car then use Curt's Car Wash on 13th East.

Second time now after using the card method and running it for only 10 mins it continues to count after I leave it on stop. Last time I was charged $15. I spoke to the owner and he reassured me it should’ve stopped yet it happened again, going to have to dispute the charges and won’t be back.

This car wash, whatever its name (Thunderwash/WillowCreek?) offers automated wash and pet wash, but they don't take care of the fundamentals. High pressure wand drops pressure after a few seconds and then you are stuck with a measly stream that ran my charge to $17. This is not the first time I've been screwed here. Stay away.

The brush provided at the self wash scratched most of the paint of my brand new 2025 Hyundai Palisade. Will be submitting complaint to the BBB. The phone number for the business is disconnected and does not work - so there’s literally no way to even contact the owner to try and work it out. Be extremely careful using the self wash; some of their tools will actively damage your vehicles.
