Willows Glass

Hi, My shower wall glass was shattered. I called and talked to willow glass. They came out the next morning to measure. Ordered and replaced within a week. So awesome...got my shower fixed. They were prompt, professional. The glass was a mess..everywhere cause its safety glass. They replaced and did a total clean up. Fantastic work 👍 ... fast and a beautiful finish. They have excellent customer service and the young lady that fixed the chip in my window did a better job than other companies I have used. I can't even see where it was actually cracked. Also, the price is very, very reasonable. Additional: Had another chip; went back and got the same best workmanship and same best customer service and reasonable price.

My husband made an appointment to take our vehicle in on a given day. After waiting for our car four hours, they told us the were missing the trim for the replacement window and that we would have to reschedule. They also told us they were down a tech which I can understand. What I cannot understand is why they did not know the part was missing and why they wasted our time. There should be someone checking in parts. Second, why did they not call us the day of or day before and try to reschedule. Total waste of time if you ask me. I would have respected them more if they would communicated better. We appreciated the ride to our house but the poor communication is unacceptable being we gave ample for them to get all materials needed. I think maybe something else was going on and we got the

This is the second time I’ve used Willow’s Glass, and both times they went above and beyond for me! They do awesome work at a reasonable price and have always been professional and friendly. I highly recommend them for all of your glass needs!

A couple of weeks ago we had Willows Glass come to our house to repair a screen they put in, that was falling off. They told us they'd come but needed to go to Ace to buy some Velcro. They were here for about 15 minutes "Velcroing" the screen back on which they charged us $75 for!! When we went in today to pay the bill we told them how we thought it was overpriced and we could do the same with some 3M strips if we knew it was going to be that price. The lady at the desk took our check and ripped it in half telling us if we didn't want to pay their employees then find another company. We had no issue with the employee who came out, he was VERY nice, but to have THIS attitude over something we could have payed $5 to do ourselves!! They didn't install the screen properly, then over-charged f
