Wilmington Oil Lube & Filter was great to work with as usual. They were very polite and worked to get me in and out in 20 minutes. I didn't have to spend hours in their shop waiting for job to be completed. Jamel was my technician and did a good job. The TV was tuned to college basketball not politics. I appreciate that.

Jamel went above and beyond to help with my situation. I had an excellent experience with this oil change company! The staff was friendly, professional, and quick — they got me in and out in no time without trying to upsell unnecessary services. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they even checked my fluids and tire pressure for free. It’s clear they care about doing quality work and keeping customers happy. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future oil changes and recommending them to friends and family!

Travis was my technician for my car inspection. The building, office, parking lot, are all clean, neat and well maintained. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. This is the best service station I have been to in Wilmington. I highly recommend this business to any one who find this review, my friends and family. I will be going back again for any service I need that they provide.

I had been looking for a quality place to get an oil change that wouldn’t take up my entire day. I am thrilled with the job at Wilmington Oil Lube Filter. I asked to grab a book out of my car and was told I wouldn’t have time to read a book. 15 minutes later, I was on my way! Friendly staff. My technician, Travis was the best!!!!
