Matt Rancourt is fantastic! We just moved to Wilmington and I was thinking to sell my Travel Trailer by myself. When I read on their website that they do consignment, my decision was quickly made. It was right choice. Matt sold the Trailer within a week. He kept all his promises. His response time to my messages was excellent! In these times, that is far from a given. Best experience we've ever had buying a camper. Worth the 4hr drive to make our purchase. This is our 5th camper we've purchased and by far the best salesman. For starters my husband found the camper we were looking for and called Wilmington RV even though they were closed that day, he was planning on leaving a message for them to call us back. But Matt answered his call even though it was his day off and answered all of our questions. There wasn't a question he wasn't able to answer right away. He was very knowledgeable about the camper we were interested in. When we arrived Matt took his time with us and never rushed as he went over everything about the camper. After years of research, you tube videos, RV shows and countless dealers, we finally made the decision to purchase our first RV. We searched our home state for the make and model we had our minds set on with no luck. Just by chance we came across Wilmington RV Sales and saw the exact RV that we has been searching for. The best part was the price!!! Their sale price was well below all other dealers in our home state. We contacted Matt who was incredibly helpful. Being that we were from out of state, there was a level of apprehension but Matt went out of his way to make the purchasing process as smooth as possible. I’m sad to say that our experience with Wilmington RV’s Ownership lets say was not very good. We reserved a camper for our vacation. When camper we thought we had reserved was returned damaged from the previous renter. Since they did not have a camper available they refunded our deposit. We then had to cancel our reservation at the Camp Grounds along our route. We could not recover all deposit amount for the camp sites and WRV was not willing to cover our losses.
