Adam did an awesome job doing the alignment on my Hellcat. He took extreme care of getting my car on the machine. The feels great. I absolutely recommend him. He treated my car as he would his own. I would make the trip from South Carolina to have him do the alignment again. Thank you for taking the late appointment and getting my car done. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip driving home.
Unbelievable! Sounds coming from my car for days. Drove to beach with this noise so stopped into auto shop and look what they pulled out from inside my dashboard…a kitten! Meet Turbo! These folks are so kind, took apart the car and found this stinky hitch hiker. They even adopted her! Highly recommend John and the entire team!
Took me in as soon as I arrived understanding the urgency of my issue, hit debris and tire exploded. I managed to get the spare on and make it to the shop. Wilmington Tire took care of me and got my back on the road ASAP so I was able to make my work appointments.
Had ordered tires from another place and the company said our vehicle weighed too much for their lift. Called Wilmington Tire and Auto and they were more than happy to mount our new tires and align our truck as well. Will definitely use them again
These guys are not good mechanics, but can change tires just fine. It took me way too long to figure this out. Don’t let their niceness fool you either. As soon as something goes wrong, they get flustered and drop the nice act. Brake jobs on two different cars, both had to be returned. One starter issue that brought me back there three times, and after way too much money, the issue was still not fixed (I took it to different mechanic and it was fixed with no issue at all). Alignment…had to go back. I have had work done there where I was billed for more hours than the car was actually in their shop. I asked for a part number for a part they replaced…they simply wouldn’t give it to me. It turns out they charged 4x the price they picked it up for at Carquest. Labor hours are about ~$170. If
