Never buy a car from any Wilson dealer unless you want to: 1. Have the sales rep tell you your legitimate pre-approval "looks fishy" on a recorded line with your bank. 2. Take delivery of your car in the evening only to find out there are significant paint damage in the day time. 3. Have the dealer attempt to repair the damage, only to cause more damage without fully repairing what you brought it in for. 4. Have the dealer keep your car for a week only to repair the damage the dealer caused while In their shop 5. Never repair the original problem to begin with and your paint still looks like someone took a steel wool scrubber to it. 6. Instead of offering a viable solution, the dealer stops responding and sends you to their attorney contact you. 7. Get redirected between corporate and the

David Wilson Automotive are dishonest and untrustworthy. Took an extra $5000 from our checking account without our consent or knowledge after we paid for our car by check and 10 days later we are still calling and trying to get a refund for the $5000 taken from us. Absolutely awful. PM if you need any more info on the list of insane issues we had with them.

Mazda of Orange has demonstrated the most unprofessional behavior we’ve ever encountered from a dealership. It has been three days with no response to our texts, emails, or calls. Five days since we reached out with the intent to buy a vehicle immediately. Their lack of communication suggests a complete disregard for selling vehicles or providing basic customer service. This experience reflects extremely poor management and a concerning lack of accountability, from the receptionist up to management. I’m not sure how they have managed to stay in business at all, with the worst customer service model that we have ever seen.
