Absolutely excellent service at Wilson Motors!!! Not only did Patrick sell me this great vehicle, but when an issue was found it was dealt with! There are no words for how much I appreciate Pablo and Courtney in the Service Department, and James and Keith as Auto Surgeons. It may have taken us a while to get the parts and coordinate some services but in the long run~I have a well running, almost rebuilt, vehicle with actually better gas mileage than before!!! And in the midst of all this Crystal kept me in vehicles during the times the Jeep had to stay overnight. Super kudos to the aforementioned members of your crew, you are lucky to have them~~~take excellent care of them!!! The management mantra in my businesses were to take as incredible care of our staff as we hope they take care of

Wilson motors service department will lie to you. After asking around and receiving nothing but warnings about Wilson I still had them do some work on my ST. Overall this was costing me $4600. I scheduled my car to be dropped off Wednesday morning, agreement was the car would be done Friday. I was having wilson do 2 jobs, a timing belt and clutch/flywheel. Total of about 14 hours of labor. They had 3 days to do this job, 24 business hours. Wednesday, Car dropped off at 9am. No work done. "Got started late" Thursday. Only have 16 hours to do a 14 hour job. I later asked why they didn't call me on Thursday to let me pick up my car to reschedule the work. The service managers response? "That isn't a call I would ever make." They wouldn't update a customer when their job might not be done

Like many diesels I had an issue with my truck going through the DPF regeneration cycles too often, about every 50 miles. They tell me it’s my aftermarket air filter, I mention I have been using it for four years without issue, but they make me buy a new one. Didn’t change anything. Then they tell me it’s a sensor and made me buy a new one. Didn’t fix anything. I have a GPS on my truck that I can track with my phone, they then took my truck for quite a long joy ride because apparently they didn’t believe the documented photos I showed them of how often it regenerates. They couldn’t get it to kick in so they tell me nothing is wrong with it. This place is a joke! Bring your truck elsewhere. Not to mention just because I bring my truck to a shop does not mean I want to be on their mai

I bought a car here about a month ago and my salesperson Nery went above and beyond to meet and exceed my expectations! The whole experience was smooth and stress free! I highly recommend Nery for your future car purchases! He was an absolute gem!

Recently, my wife and I sold a used truck to Wilson motors for a part of their inventory. They did exactly what they said they would do and they kept their word to the very last letter. Their staff was efficient and very courteous and did everything they could to make our short visit in their store pleasant. If and when we buy a new car or another car, the first place we will go shopping is Wilson motors. I understand that this is a family business and the third generation and their integrity. Their honor and standing in the community speaks very well in addition to their longevity and the service provided to that community.
