Wilson's 4x4

So I bought a LJ 900 miles from home. Brought limited tools to do some maintenance. Of course I attempted the rear shocks, and the upper bolts broke (told myself don’t attempt it now). Based on a Facebook group recommendation I called Wilsons. Service rep knew exactly what happened and knew what needed to be done. They scheduled me in and had it done by lunch that day. If I lived in Florida I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Jeep is now home with zero issues. Unfortunately the weather is a different story.

Beware… shotgun and upselling tactics used. I originally dropped off my 1988 Jeep because it was leaking multiple fluids. I also wanted to get new seat covers, fenders, and side steps. Surprisingly, Dan was not able to get any of these parts for me. I ended up having to find them myself on Amazon and ship them to the shop for install. To help stop the fluid leaks, Dan recommended major repairs totaling well over $1,000. I decided to bite the bullet and pay for the repairs. About one week after the repairs, I noticed fluids still leaking on my garage floor. I brought the jeep back to Dan. He said it was still leaking power steering fluid because of a loose screw they didn’t tighten enough. He also recommended a new radiator to stop the other leak.
