Wimmer Tire & Service Center

I had a terrible experience at Wimmer Tires & Service Center. The labor charges were outrageous compared to the actual work done, and I felt completely taken advantage of. On top of that, the staff was unhelpful when I asked for clarification on the bill. Instead of explaining things clearly, they brushed me off and acted like I should just accept the overcharge. The quality of service was equally disappointing. The repair did not fix the issue I came in for, and I ended up having to pay even more elsewhere to actually resolve the problem. It feels like they care more about squeezing money out of customers than doing honest, reliable work. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you want fair pricing, transparency, and trustworthy service, look elsewhere. You didn’t fix the main

Response to owner: Don't tell an untruth Mark. I came to DROP (not wait) my car off for oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Never heard of a person to oversleep to drop their car off and leave for the day. Long time customer despite rude owner. Final straw was I was told to drop car off for service. Wife followed me & drove 15 miles to do so. The owner came out screaming for me to leave because he had too many cars. After spending over thousands of $s there I’ve had enough of his rudeness and evidently so have several of his employees. Also notice how sarcastic his responses are to reviews. Always the customer’s fault. Bye.

Second time going to Wimmer Tire. Was originally recommended by one of my colleagues. They have excellent customer service! My first visit with them we loved their service. Yesterday, I took my new truck to have All Terrain tires put on. The truck is brand new with barely any miles and flawless. When I got home, there was a gash in the rim that is clearly from prying the tire off. Sad that they didn't speak up and say anything and hope I wouldn't see it. They've lost my trust.
