Jose is the best. I just came in to buy a headlight replacement, but he assisted me with the front headlight replacement and also with my wipers. Went above and beyond and was not expecting this service. Great experience for my first time visiting. Highly recommend them.

Great service from knowledgeable employees. Haven’t experienced the amount of knowledge at any of the other auto parts stores that the guys working at Winchester auto have. Their attitude was helpful and positive overall. It’s the only place that I’ll go for my vehicle needs.

Amazing customer service! My car battery died in the parking lot so I walked in to buy a battery starter pack.... Unfortunately, the one I wanted wasn't in stock so without any hesitation the gentleman at the counter literally grabbed the stores personal battery pack, came out to my car and along with some very helpful advice he got my car started! I will most definitely be back to buy the one I want when it's in stock! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

We just went into Winchester Auto. We needed blinker lights, oil filter, and break pads. The manager John was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was so kind to my young children and made the experience quick and enjoyable. We will definitely be back for all of our auto needs. Thanks for doing such a great job John.
