Winchester Wheels

I was there with my kids (daughter & son in law) as they bought their first car together. I was very pleased with the salesman. He is a wonderful friendly guy. The kids had to purchase a new battery in the first 72 hours of purchasing the car. He wrote them a check for the cost of the battery. He met them in Front Royal to deal with the plates (DMV was having issues the day they purchased the car). He has completely blown me away with his service. I would recommend this car lot to anyone looking for a "new" used car.

Winchester Wheels was my first ever experience buying a car from a dealership, and I have to say it was a great first experience. My partner and I bought a 2015 taurus from them, and during initial inspection I noticed the hood shocks were no good. David ordered the parts and replaced them before we even left the lot! He also personally drove 30 minutes to our town to hand us the title work for the car, along with a check that covered the cost of a new battery that we had to replace earlier in the week.

David was great to work with. He kept in touch when I showed interested and was knowledgeable about the vehicle and very upfront and honest. Wonderful place !!! The guy was very kind and kept in touch after my purchase to make sure everything was good. Even bought a new part for the car, free of charge. As well as paid for gas for my new car since I left while it was on empty. Very friendly and the best service I’ve seen at a car place:) I would 100% recommend!!!
