Washington and his crew did a great job replacing our windows and a new back door. They were very professional and answered any questions we had regarding the new windows and doors. We are loving our new windows and how they make our house look outside. My husband really likes the new door and it looks great too! Our experience from the beginning was well worth every penny. We love our windows and have no regrets with our purchase. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the fence on spending the money on some new windows. Window world provided exceptional service. Installation was great! Installation crew was amazing. Very professional and their craftsmanship with the metal trim was spectacular. The windows themselves are great quality and they make the house look like it’s brand new. A few of the windows had some manufacturer defects and one of the screens was broken. I’m currently working with customer service to get that remedied. I will post a follow up on that. My only reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars was due to the fact the installers did not do a very good job cleaning up after the installation. They left broken glass, large wood chips from the old windows, old caulk, metal pieces they cut from the trim they put up, and other debris. I had to go around and clean up their mess after they left. This is a safety concern for me as I have ki
