I had a bad crack in my new Tesla windshield yesterday. I called TJ at Windshield Fitters in the Heights location and told him that I needed a repair asap before my wife saw what I did to her new car 🥲 TJ was so nice and helpful, he scheduled an appointment right away that suited my schedule and at my location. He called when he was about 30 minutes out and confirmed that he was on time, I liked this!! His work was done so professionally and quickly I now know why he gets so many awards on his work.

Had a very difficult to replace windshield on my Mercedes that was cracked on a road trip. Was recommended to TJ and he did a fantastic job. He do the repair at my house and made the process super convenient. It has been since November when I had my work complete, however, I believe I can still write a review. They have called and are remedying my situation. Upon completion of the work I will amend my review again. I inquired about my windshield making vibration noises and had rock chip repairs needed. First and foremost I was hearing wind vibrations and was lead to believe this was coming from the side panels around my windshield which ran $300+ to replace on my Ford Explorer. I still had road noise after the fact. Also, these panels seem loose at the top of install and it has been less than a year. Second, I had some rock chips repaired. I had the best experience with windshield fitters. I had a chipped windshield that spread with the heat. I got back home and called multiple companies. I got the runaround on cost and the soonest availability to fix it. I'm a working registered nurse so it's difficult to get time off. Windshield fitters said they could be there as early as the next morning since it was already 6pm. The employee was professional and precise. Which as a nurse I can truly appreciate. The windshield was greatly done. And I'm so appreciative of the great service. I have already recommended them to my family and friends.
