Anthony was very polite and communicative with repairing my car, and even gave me a couple hundred dollars off my deductible as a discount. I got badly rear-ended with thousands of $ worth of damages (my trunk wouldn’t even close), and had to pay a high deductible with my insurance since the other guy was uninsured even though he was at fault. He was very understanding and always texted and called me back right away, and gave me regular updates on how my car was doing. My car was cleaned and looks like it was never even in an accident, and even the brakes work better than before! He does a very good job; I’m very thankful for him and I plan to go there if I ever need another repair.

Rust repair was something I needed and many surrounding shops in the area said it was not worth it or did not want touch it. I was referred to Windy City Auto Collision from my neighbor. The owner, Anthony, painted the replacement antenna module to match the car, and took care of the repair for my antenna the same day I brought it in. It looks great and works just like new. They even got the duct tape residue off that was holding the broken one onto the car. I will come back for any body work I need, no doubt.
