I have called and reported this issue and was brushed off. Had my cars oil changed early September. I drive 145 miles per day - I know my car well - I reported that they did not fill my washer fluid as the older gentleman assured me as he closed my hood. I have a 2021 - it tells me when my washer fluid is low. Hell I even have an APP from the company that texts me. So I checked. My coolant was FULL & my washer fluid literally had dust on the cap - untouched & dry inside. So I called. I was man splained to that they just wouldn't do that. Well they did. Just got a coolant flushed at the dealership for $159.83; they said it absolutely has windshield washer fluid in it. So. I shall be calling back for a refund on this work I did not need to have done on my car. Took time I will never get back

Took my car in to get a oil change on 12-21-22 and the guy who did it was so careless and didn’t tell me I needed more coolant or that my car wasn’t ready for the winter so I can get prepared. All they wanted was the money. Now my car doesn’t run because coolant is mixed with my engine oil and blew my head gasket. I have never had this problem with anyone else but I’m sure I’d never recommend anyone to go here. Totally lazy employees.
