Wisconsin Muffler Tire & Auto Repair

Took my car there to do brakes March 2024. Was told by another garage that the rear brakes were on backwards. When they looked at it, they argued and fought with me that they didn't do it wrong. We did the brakes after ourselves, Yes they were on backwards. They wanted to charge another 400-500 to fix their mistake. Should be 0/5 stars but had to give 1. Attached 2 photos as well. The new (correct), what they had installed (incorrectly installed) you can see a round clip above brake pad.

These guys are great! They've worked on my daily cars for years. From exhaust to mechanical. Can't beat them! 5 stars all the way.

I needed my struts replaced on my 2015 Honda Odyssey because I was trying to sell it. I picked up 2 days later and they said the technician noted a broken ABS sensor wire 🤦🏼‍♂️ ( you mean the wire he broke while replacing the struts!?) My dash had 4 different check engine lights on and so many different things no longer worked in the car...it was beyond stressful!! I called back after getting home to inspect the "repairs"... Told them they needed to fix this! I dropped it off a few days later and they did replace the sensor which cleared up all the other codes/errors. They didn't charge anything extra for finally fixing it...I just more upset that the technician doing the work actually tried to hide the fact that he F'ed up! I broke a strut on my way into work. I was able to drop off my car right away and they fixed it same day replacing both for under $1,000 including alignment. They were fast, courteous and extremely helpful. Definitely recommended.
