Amazing, HONEST service!!! After experiencing safe lite glass, I was scared to have anyone service my glass BUT the gentlemen at Wisecrack were helpful, quick, reasonably priced and made me feel comfortable right away. I will forever sing their praises and refer people their way. They did a wonderful job and were honest and upfront about everything. I would give them a million stars if I could! Good service is so hard to find.

After a neighborhood vehicle Vandalism spree I was in need of a new window. Our insurance was going to be $750, Safelite was asking $515 and during the holidays money is tight, so neither of these options worked. Then a neighbor told me about these gentlemen and Over the phone I was given a price that was less than half of what Safelite was offering , and they even offer to come out to where you live at no extra cost!? I was very impressed. My bank account thanks you. And my car looks just bad it did. The staff were super friendly and anyone who says otherwise maybe called at a bad time. George was friendly and patient everyone we talked. Note -if the window falls out I will update this review lol

Wisecrack is my glass guy. Apparently I need one with this car - windshield #3 in five years. I started with George after he handily beat Safelite with his quote and availability. He is responsive, skilled, and does excellent work. He is also a good guy that I enjoyed catching up with. This will be his last mobile service call for me since he now has a shop. The move was so he could service smart cars with safety features that have to be recalibrated after glass replacement. Providing a complete service to save a customer from having to go to the dealership after is the sort of professional George is. You would think with all those changes his price would go up. Well, it didn’t. Yeah. Wow. Highly recommend!

Extremely quick, professional, and friendly service. SUPPORT LOCAL! These guys are the best in Tucson. Pricing was fair after calling 2 other places. They let me know when a good time to come in was and when I showed up, I was in and out in <45 minutes. Unbelievable! Amazing!
