Came here for brakes. Paid $729 for rear wheel cylinders, front calipers and a new brake line. Came back twice after due to noise/grinding. Was told I need to adjust the spreader bar, MYSELF, the first time, and the second time I was told the grinding noise was "normal for new brakes and will fade over time". I came back a 3rd time when it got so bad that I felt like it was unsafe to drive and Joe absolutely refused to lift it up and inspect the work he did. So I went elsewhere and as soon as they removed my drum, part of the hardware fell out. Just look at the hardware in the pics below... that's absolutely insane and unsafe. Turns out, they never replaced the hardware or wheel cylinders at all, which are definitely on my invoice. I've been up there to try to discuss this with the owner

i’m a retired Army chief warrant officer. I came to Lake City to buy a used cargo trailer. The trailer needed wheel bearings. These guys took time out of their busy day to make sure I was well taken care of. As a career long war veteran, I definitely appreciate integrity, attention to detail, and diligence. I highly recommend these guys if you want your vehicle to be done right.A++++!!!

We are on vacation and started to have car trouble. We found Wishes Auto through Google. The brothers were extremely helpful from the moment we arrived. They took great care of us and took on our repair knowing they and their mechanics were going to have to stay after closing to get us back on the road. They did it humbly. It was so hot they brought one of their fans in from a bay without us asking! I was very impressed and our family of 4 really appreciated this alot! Excellent service and care! You can see they have a guard kitty also. Thank You so much! 12/10 family owned service!

Wonderful family owned business! Mr.Edgar is very attentive and always answered my calls and answered any questions I had during the entire process, when that tree limb fell and hit my brand new truck I was devastated didn’t know where to go but after being referred to Mr.Edgar shop by my big brother who lives all the way on the west coast, I now know where I will be going for all my vehicles for any type of issues! Got my baby in and out as quickly as he could and his work… well the pictures speak for themselves! Made it look like nothing never happened! You can count on them to get the job done, very respectful and professional family! His wife is a sweetheart! Will be back and I do recommend 10/10!

Business does not accept checks and charges 3.5% on credit cards (justified) but also on debit cards (not justified). If you have a $1500 repair bill, be prepared to pay an extra $50 or bring cash. Also told that $125 per hour is a low price for Lake City, I did not check this claim.
