I couldn’t be happier with the results of my repairs. Trust me if your vehicle is in need of repairs please don’t hesitate to reach out and give them a call. They will take care of you like they did to me and my family. I am not a regular at this so they were able to facilitate the rental and help put my mind at ease. My car got hit this summer. Notice how I said that - My car got hit - because i was in a store and someone hit me in a parking lot when nobody was in the car. Thankfully the person who hit me was honest enough to wait and exchange insurance. She had statefarm. I was able to pick where I wanted to take the car and I came to Woburn foreign Autobody for my Subaru. I chose this establishment because they did a great job with my wife's car about 6 years ago. They took care of all the paperwork with State farm, leaving me less work to do. They connected me to Enterprise Rent a car - ns they made it easy for me to get the car and drop it off while my car was being repaired. Not at all pleased with the outcome of work done on my vehicle. It took 6+ weeks to replace the bumper and wheel well on my car and with the cost of a rental this project ended up being around 30% of the value of my 2025 car. The new bumper is not well aligned with other parts of the car, and the trim around the front wheel housing has A LOT of micro scratches. The car itself has so many larger scratches that were not there when dropping it off, the interior wreaked of heavy chemicals, the UI profiles are completely unrecoverable so we are forced to schedule an appointment with KIA, the seat adjustment when reversing sounds broken, and the customer service trying to get updates on the completion date were non-existent. Asked for est told them I would check my email but to reach out by phone.called with insurance work done but email doesn't say woburn or auto body and cant find email from sender he said it would be from so never saw it no phone call till done. So showed up to half repaired truck and can pay for rental and another repair when would have been happier to show up to car complete not knowing price.
