Beware!!! We bought a 60000 mile or 5 years premium service plan for free oil changes. They changed my daughter's synthetic oil every appointment. After 35,000 miles they stopped. She drove 20,000 additional miles without an oil change. Found out it was only 6 free oil changes. They took advantage of a young girl who didn't understand. BEWARE!!!! **I have since spoke to a manager 3 times with promises to do call me back. NO ONE has called me. I have called off and on since November 2025. Today is February 26, 2026

Woburn Toyota refuses to address any customer complaints about negative experience with their service department. I believe the service department management doesn't want hear about bad customer service. Should Woburn Toyota service department be boycotted like the success with Target. Their response was to replaced their CEO ? Also I paid a $89 diagnostic fee to find a squeak coming from the tire. Amazingly the automotive tech found nothing. I dropped off my car to be examined and was informed that the diagnostic fee would be $89. After explaining that I had a check engine light and an issue with my cigarette lighter, I was told I would be charged twice since they were considered two separate problems. I found this unreasonable, as I brought in one vehicle, not two. Nevertheless, I reluctantly agreed due to the circumstances and the pressure from the representative. After waiting approximately 2–3 hours, I received the report and results, which were very disappointing. Regarding the cigarette lighter, the technician told me: “The fuse is OK, the electrical circuit has been damaged, further diagnosis is needed, but probably something got damaged in there. Undisclosed diagnostic fee of 90$. Bought a used 2021 Rav4 from an out of state dealership with nationwide 12month/12000mile warranty. Brought it in for someone to look at rear bumper as there was a rattling noise. Spoke with 3 people making appt and dropping it off. No one mentions a diagnostic fee. Surprise fee at check-out!

My last two experiences with this dealership have been unbelievably disappointing and frustrating. I had an apt scheduled for 10/20. They called me the day of saying they overbooked apts and asked me to reschedule. I rescheduled to the following Thursday 10/26. My apt was at 12:30 for an oil change. I waited at the dealership for 1.5hr without any updates. I tried calling the number provided twice and I was told my representative was busy. I went downstairs and he was not busy and spoke with me right away saying that they just started working on my car so it would be another 30-40 minutes. After another 40 min, I spoke with the rep again, and I was told they were just about to put the oil in. After another 30 min I was finally out of there. When trying to leave, a worker had to figure o
