Wofford's European Car

Brought our 2016 Audi Q5 in for maintenance services, oil change, tire rotation etc… I had brought it in to Audi dealership a year ago for its first service after purchasing from a smaller dealer. I thought that they would’ve done a comprehensive check on everything at the dealership. Turns out that was incorrect. Woffords found a handful of things that had never been checked, or if they had, the dealership didn’t let us know about them. At the same time, I didn’t feel like they were upselling, just being thorough. I feel like I have full confidence in my vehicle now. We took our Mini in for service on a loss of oil pressure. I am very impressed with the customer service and professionalism I received. I was expecting a large estimate and time line but got a very affordable and quick repair. I would recommend Wofford's to anyone. Tony and his team were amazing! I took my car to the dealership first and was told I needed to change my timing chain kit (which I still have to do soon) but that wasn’t the main issue with my car. Took my 2018 Audi RS3 in for the 40k service and a noise diagnostic. Right from the beginning I knew I had chose the right shop because of their demonstration of knowledge in these cars, which gave me peace of mind. Very openly honest about pricing and service.
