We were hesitant at first due to the one review, but after reading the owners response, we decided to give them a shot. I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to do so due to the negative review, which must be a joke in itself?!... As we just bought a vehicle (Volvo) from them, and are beyond pleased with the service and vehicle! We called them prior to driving to see the vehicle as we were more than 2 hours away. They knew we were coming the next day and had the title available, in case we decided to buy. We found out we were their second sale as the husband and wife had just started the business. Pricing was perfect: and we were also given a 6 month warranty, as well as a full tank of gas! My husband and I are definitely pleased with them and will definitely do business in the future,

i can't give less than one star. but my 16 yr old son has worked for the last 2 yrs saving up to buy his first car, and we purchased his car from them, with the warranty. within less than a week the transmission died, only to find out the warranty would not be honored - and the kicker - they never filed the policy. they took our money, and then tried to backdate and forge the warranty. now we're out of a car, and my kid has no way to get to work so it's put our family at a huge disadvantage. they refused to help resolve this at all and won't pay for the replacement but pretty sure this is breaking a lemon law.

Looked at a vehicle here for my daughter, listed multiple things had been fixed and/or replaced on the vehicle including front right strut. During the test drive a horrible knocking sound was coming from the vehicle. Upon return, I mentioned it to Carl, he drove it just to the end of the parking lot and confirmed it was the strut, his wife stated they must of received a "bad" strut. Carl said it was clearly replaced and showed me new bolts on the top of the compartment. Anyone can put shiny new bolts on something and say it was replaced. He said he would have his mechanic fix the issue and also replace the ABS sensor as it was staying on. Even given all of that, I agreed to re-test drive the car once everything was completed. Great! i love my dodge Durango, no issues with it they are very up front and weren't hiding anything just to make a sale. Very nice couple who genuinly care about their customers and cars.
