Took my golf gti to them because of hard warm starts and gas in oil. They replaced fuel injectors. Still had starting problem and there is still gas in my oil so it's the HPFP. I doubt they even checked the fuel injectors to see if they even needed replaced.
Took my 2018 Tiguan for a noise coming from my coilovers in the rear. Very knowledgeable staff and great experience. 10/10 would recommend to any vw owner needing service.
The other reviews about the older lady answering the phone is spot on! I called asking for an inspection price and she answered with annoyance and rudeness. Do better. All it takes is for one person to tarnish your business.
Will only ever take my VW’s here!! The ladies at the counter are a riot! Mike my mechanic is such a great guy and always takes care of my car! The prices are fair and work is great! Many thanks and much love to Bob for finding me a perfect Beetle to add to the family! This place is just a fantastic place to get your car fixed!
Great efficient mechanics and customer service! Honest, up front and easy to work with. Bought a VW Passat from them and love it. Highly recommend!
