Jeff and his team are really customer focused. I am not from the area, but I have used their services twice in the last 2 1,/2:years. Jeff was recommended by our son who lives in Lawrence. He has been his go to guy for several years. Jeff replaced a starter on my F150 after my Ford dealer told me there was nothing wrong with it (even though the truck wouldn't start properly). No more problems for 21/2 years, but suddenly the starter was acting up. I happened to be in the area for only a few days. Jeff got me in, determined the starter was going bad, replaced it under warranty, and got us back on the road again. I highly recommend this company.

Experienced a tire leak on a cross-country trip. We researched places to go while rolling down the highway. The location was super convenient. Dropped in about 30 minutes before closing. I was impressed with the organization and cleanliness of the facility - better than most OEM dealers I've been in over the years. Everyone was polite, professional and helpful. They had me in and out quickly. Based upon my professional experience, I would feel comfortable recommending these folks to anyone.

Excellent customer service and fair prices! First time customer. They accommodated us when we dropped in without an appointment to do a ride along and identify a noise coming from my car. Made an appointment and it was fixed. Highly recommend and will be back again!
